HEGERLS Warehouse Automation Solutions & High-Density Storage Systems
To support the growing demand for efficient logistics services, HEGERLS delivered a fully automated AS/RS warehouse solution for a third-party logistics park in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, China. The project integrates automated storage and retrieval systems, stacker cranes, conveyor systems, and high-density racking to achieve intelligent and unmanned warehouse operations.
Designed for ambient temperature storage, the automated warehouse significantly improves storage capacity, operational efficiency, and inventory accuracy while providing a reliable solution for modern third-party logistics operations.

As a third-party logistics provider handling diverse storage and distribution requirements, the customer needed to upgrade from traditional warehouse operations to a more efficient and intelligent storage model.
The main challenges included:

A 230-meter conveyor system connects storage, inbound, and outbound areas, enabling smooth pallet transportation and efficient material flow.

Receiving
